How do you work out the price?
For businesses we visit the site, measure up and agree a checklist, then send a fixed price per clean. For most homes we can quote from photos and a few questions over the phone.
Do you charge for the quote or site visit?
No. The visit and the written quote are free, and there is no obligation to book.
Are cleaning products and equipment included?
Yes. We bring vacuums, mops, cloths, ladders and products. If you would rather we use your own products, for allergies or preference, tell us and we will.
Do I need to be there while you clean?
No. Most commercial clients give us a key or swipe card and an alarm code. Many home clients leave a key in a lockbox. We keep keys labelled with a code, never your address.
Can you clean outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial cleaning happens early in the morning, in the evening or on weekends, so your staff and customers are not working around us.
Will I get the same cleaners each time?
Where we can, yes. Keeping the same people on a site is how we keep standards steady. If someone is sick or on leave, we tell you who is covering.
What if something gets missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it at no charge. Then we update the checklist so it does not happen again.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Commercial clients sign a simple service agreement with the schedule, the price and a notice period. You can change the schedule as your business changes.
Do you guarantee end of lease cleans?
If your agent raises an issue with something we cleaned, send us the report within 72 hours of the inspection and we will return to fix it free.
Are your cleaners insured and police checked?
Yes. Our team holds current police checks and we carry public liability insurance. We can send a certificate of currency with your quote.
