A local cleaning company that answers its own phone.
New Nines Australia is a Melbourne cleaning company looking after businesses and homes across Melbourne and Australia-wide. We keep our teams small on purpose, so we can keep track of every site we clean.
Dressed to the nines. Cleaned to the nines.
The old saying means done properly, down to the last detail. That is the standard we hold ourselves to. Skirting boards, light switches, the inside of the microwave, the glass on the front door.
We started with a handful of offices around Melbourne. Clients asked if we could do their clinic, their child's school, their rental before the bond inspection. Today we clean all of those, with the same people and the same checklists.
Four rules we do not bend.
Turn up when we said we would
If something changes, you hear it from us before the clean, not after.
Clean the list, then check the list
Every site has a written checklist. Our team works through it and signs it off before leaving.
Keep the same people on your site
Your cleaners learn your building, your alarm, and where the spare toilet rolls live.
Say so when something is wrong
Broken fittings, leaks or damage get photographed and reported to you the same day.
Inside, outside, ground floor and up.
Window cleaning for shopfronts and offices
High-pressure cleaning for paths and entries
